get to perform my first spay on wednesday. a little nervous.  mostly excited.

i'm having a really, really hard time just being around other people right now. probably can blame most of that on the lack of sleep. i have two lab partners for junior surgery.  of of them i get along wtih okay.  i usually can't remember what her name is.  it's Jamie ... takes me a few minutes ... the other one's name is Stacie.  she's had a lot of clinical experience, and etc and etc, frequently ignores the rules (two leashes when you get your dog out, gloves when handling shelter animals, and who gives a damn about proper spelling and grammar in medical records anyway, right?) and she's just so perfect in just everything she does, ...

As I haven't been on in a while. I'm starting my third year of vet school, just finished the first week. We're doing surgery this semester, which is exciting. I barely have time to do anything BUT vet school, yet I still try.
